DENGUE OUTBREAK IN BANGLADESH, FACTS WITH TREATMENT GUIDELINES ; A record number of  dengue cases  has been reported in  Bangladesh  this year, with a total of 8,565 people have been infected by the disease until July 24, according to the latest update from the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). In 2018, a total of 7,450  dengue cases  were reported. The Dengue Dx™ NS1 Antigen and IgG/IgM Rapid tests detect primary or secondary infections in 15 minutes using whole blood, plasma, or serum samples. These easy-to-use rapid strip tests detect all four dengue serotypes and are practical for both points of care and laboratory testing.
